These two movies were just dubbed in hindi(and telugu etc.) so this can not be classified as plagiarism. And "Phushpak Vimanam" was a anyway(s)a silent movie, and was released with just the change in titles(i.e. the name of the movie and some credits were put in hindi instead ofKannada(I think it was originally in Kannada, but I am not sure).
